I have made a Website which looks good in my laptop but It just Messes up on other computers.

Please expound upon what types of issues you are having on other computers. What is the screen resolution on the other computers compared to yours? Please use the Improve Question feature to give us more info and ask a question. We can't decipher what you mean by this statement.

A developer can never use the "It works on my machine" argument. When you write software, you always have to work and test with the perspective of other users in mind.
With CSS and HTML, you have to simply update your CSS and html to look better on these other system setups.

You can try to design the website using twitter's Bootstrap[^] framework which uses responsive design and which fits most of the devices.
