MATLAB Code to create 2-tier WSN with above 100 Sensors nodes and few Master nodes

I have chosen my Final year project on IEEE paper "Secure Multidimensional query framework in 2-tiered Wireless Sensor Network"
My first module is to build a WSN network model with 100's of Sensor nodes and a few Master nodes that is in charge of a groups of the deployed Sensor nodes.
I am new to MATLAB and completely ignorant on how to build the Network Model.

I would be much obliged if anyone is kind enough to share me -
"a basic 2-tier Wireless Sensor Network Model, MATLAB Code."

Do you see a problem here?

Selecting a project that you know nothing about and a language that you have no experience in is not a great way to start your final year project. And expecting to come here and be given the complete code for such a project is really too much. Remember this is supposed to be your work to demonstrate what you have learned in your course and how you are able to do your own research, design, development, testing and presentation. If someone else does it for you then it has no value whatsoever.
