AzMan Roles Defined?

So AzMan stores have 3 different roles, Administrator, Reader, and Delegated User?
I can guess the capabilities of the first 2, but what are the capabilities of 'Delegated User'? If I place someone in that role for an AzMan store, what can they do/not do?

What on earth is an AzMan store ? Do they not come with documentation or help forums ?
