Filter Hook Driver for Windows 7

can anyone provide me the hook driver that are compatible to windows 7 environment?
I am writing a packet filtering application based on the concept of filter hook driver ,so i need codes of the drivers that can work under windows 7 environment.I tried using one that are given by Jesus Olivia but they won't work ?
