Dear All,
I want to develop a CRM software for call center.on a call of a existing customer,i want to display on Screen by searching from db.but i have no idea to achieve it.i can use any technology fro it ie java,c#,asp.net,Php.

currently my application is working on PHP,hosting:GOdaddy,softphone:Xlite5.0.
if anything you might want to know,just let me know.
every help will be highly appreciated.

please provide a bit more details....say for example if you are using any API call etc...provide the code...or anything that is reporting any error...etc...I think you got my point...

Dear, sorry but i have no idea hw to start,hw to achieve it.. when i m not able to start or algorithm is not clear to me. how can i write a code.plz help in giving a idea about hw to achieve thn only i can start.
