Is it possible to send ViewState Data to server? If possible Please explain procedure?

The ViewState data is meant to be sent to the server so you don't need to do it yourself. You might have another look on the net for some information on the concept of it.

Yes.

Actually when you store a data in view state, the data will postback to the server in the form of hidden field control.

View State is similar to Hidden control. The major difference is while viewing view source of the page, hidden field value can be seen, but View State data will be encrypted.
