Local/AD User account and groups in windows server

Is there a way to get a list of a windows server's

1. user accounts(accounts created on the server),
2. groups in a server,
3. AD accounts which have access to a server(user access through an AD account not through any user account created on the server),
4. AD groups which has access to a server,

through .Net ? How can we differentiate if an account/groups is a server's local or AD?
