dynamically menu highlighting

Hi all,
I am creating menu that will follow the concept of dynamic menu highlighting. and i read the following link:-

But this link uses PHP. Can any body help me with a tutorial in Asp.net and C#

Solution 2

On mouse hover display the another having border at bottom side. Or else you can apply CSS with property border-bottom..
