I want to read image file which contains text in any format and convert it into .doc file. How I can do that??

Google is your friend: Be nice and visit him often. He can answer questions a lot more quickly than posting them here...

A very quick search gave 11 million hits, and right at the top of the pile was this: How To: Use Office 2007 OCR Using C#[^] from this very site.

In future, please try to do at least basic research yourself, and not waste your time or ours.

We searched a lot and ended up using a third-party toolkit named leadtools that gives us very good results when OCR images. I know that they have an online demo, you can try it. Here is the link for the demo:
