interfacing of 8051 microcontroller to the pc for output

I am facing a problem, how to interface a 8051 micro controller with my pc to get the output. input is given in the analog form and i am using ADC to convert it into digital. I just want to get the output graph which will be in the x-y plane. I also want to know how to start for this and what will be c-program for this. Just the hint.

Solution 1

Use the UART port and a MAX232 chip so you can connect the micro controller to the serial port of the PC.
