okiee being more specific about my game......

The screen comprises of a grid of rows and columns and letters fall randomly from top of screen. Words should be formed by selecting the letters. A text document with the word matches is provided and the words generated should be matched with the words i text document. My problem the letters generated at random must be placed in a button or a text box or a text block coz the letter should be clicked for selection and an event generated due to selection must make that particular cell to change the colur signifying that the letter is chosen. Once the letter raeches bottom of the screen it becomes invisible. If anyone can help me with dis dilemma plz.....

No you need to decide on application type or UI library to use: WPF? Forms? ASP.NET? Silverlight? Metro? what?
The word "dilemma" means choosing of of two. What are two options? The game is still not described, but you should understand that its unlikely that anyone will write any code for you by your orders. Unfortunately, we do not have resources for that. And you need to ask a question. So far, you explain some variant without discussing any problem.
