How to use Crystal Report Menu's commands using vb6

Dear All
This is my first question at Code Project.
I have to show the Crystal Report Designer to change the items of the report by the user. But the problem is to how to show the FieldName and Description in Table Explorer without selecting File Menu of the Crystal Report? Plz see the below given instruction:
How can i set File => Options => Database => Lists Tables and Fields by: to Both using vb6 code for Crystal Report.

Plz treat it as urgent.
