Not getting Default Browser Switching Option in Visual Studio 2012

Hi,

I'm having Visual Studio 2012 and have IE, Firefox and Chrome browsers installed in my machine. But I'm not getting Default Browser Switching Option in my tool bar.

Can you please provide a solution for this ASAP.

I'm not even having the option for inbuilt default browser switcher extension.
