You have asked this before and been answered. That you'd ask this, tells me you really don't know enough about ASP.NET to be entrusted with a system that is expected to be secure. The answers you've been given were reasonable guesses, but that you don't realise that how a signout page works depends entirely on the code that makes the sign in work ( again ) shows that you should be reading books and not writing any code for anything other that practice.

If you ask the question properly ( that is, tell us how your sign in works, with code to show how you keep people who are not logged in off your page ), and perhaps explain why you were unable to perform the task with the code you were given, then perhaps we can help more.
