but when the people click on this link message show u like this page but
my facebook page did not count number of likes on page what should i do for count like on my facebook page

This code has nothing to do with facebook like page. You have picked it from addthis viral installer..

The code you posted doesn't belongs to like portion to use that link just go through your edit profile page the link posted there in end will be link you can link on your website for like page or page you follow.
