Feeding ccv images (jpg format) instead of camera in touch frames

Hello every one
please excuse me, becuase I dont know English very well.

I`m doing my final project in "IR Touch Frame"
I`m Electrical! and recently I started to learn C#
I made a touch frame device. I cane save frames in jpg fomat (about 12 frames per secend)
I can make a video with those pictures and give them to CCV but I cant give CCV my pictures.
I think I have to make a virtual camera and feed it my pics
but I dont know how to ...
by the way I dont know how to use the CCV output in Windows
I searched a lot about TUIO protocol but I still cant use this protocol

can anyone help me?
