can not get iis pickup directory

i had windows server 2003 as my server at that time for sending mails i was using code
VB
MySmtp = New SmtpClient("localhost")
MySmtp.DeliveryMethod = SmtpDeliveryMethod.PickupDirectoryFromIis
MySmtp.PickupDirectoryLocation = "C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Pickup\"
MySmtp.Send(MyMsg)

it was runnig well and fine but now i have installed windows server 2008 and mails are not sent by this code this code shows error that can not get iis pickup directory....
any suggestion or sollutions plz??????
if You have any other code for sending mail you can also post it, may be that work for me..
