Wordpress spanish accent problems

I had created a website in spanish language using wordpress.But I had faced a problem with font accents.

I had modified header.php like:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="; charset=" />

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

Can you correct font accent problem in wordpress spanish website?

And what is the problem? Unicode? Diacritical marks? What did you try and what did not work out?

Well, still not clear. Did you input characters with accent in first place, how? Provide all the details on steps to reproduce...

How can edit bloginfo(parameters) manually? I think ,it's UTF issue...

Sorry, I don't know what do you mean by bloginfo and these parameters. I don't think there could be a UTF issue. All UTFs, if implemented correctly, allow to express full Unicode repertoire.
