how to Set maximum value for a textbox in vb.net

I have 3 TextBoxes in my Project Form , textbox1 is for taking Maximum_Marks, TextBox2 is for Minimum_Marks and the textbox3 is for taking Obtained_Marks ,but i dont want my Obtained_Marks textbox3 should take values Greater than Maximum_Marks textbox1 value or Less Than Minimum_Marks textbox2 value.what will be the code for it
