ora-00911error in C# project with Oracle Db

In Microsoft Query, when you use an Oracle data source to create a query, i receive the following error message when adding a record to the table
ora-00911 invalid character
when try to insert data from "Microsoft 'c# application form" into oracle10g database give error
" ora-00911 invalid character "
and the c# project not have oracle.dataaccess.dll library

in my search on the web i found that i need " ODAC001117010beta.zip " from oracle to pirmite to me access oracle DB
