AutoCompleteExtender is showing data beneath the popup....i want to show it inside the popup

I am using AutoCompleteExtender in a textbox to display the locations what we are typing inside the text box...it is showing nicely in other pages..but in a particular page i am using it inside a popup...the location is showing but it is showing under that popup...how can i make to visible upon that popup...plz help me to get a solution....

it is working finely in Firefox. the problem is in Google crome...hw can i solve it
