Converting a Website to Mobile website in One Click

Hello All

I have seen a website which provides service to convert your website to mobile website in just one click.I have read some about it like it copies site's stylesheet,html,pics and all its design.But I have no idea that how it is possible to did all this in just one click.As normally we use browser developer tools to do this process . Anybody have some idea about it....??
