Working on dynamic pages

Hi
I am working for marketing where i want to design a template with specific design.
Whwn user set a url that he will send to the client in edm it should get a particular
id from url and show all the headings post and all stuff in template.

It could be arrange by cateory or industries or any thing else. Please help me with the
same. How can i do it with wordpress or is there any other way to do so. Any help
is deeply appreciated.

Working in marketing, you should know that annoying people with your output is not a sensible idea: so DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

create the categories in wordpress.... and for each client create the posts with custom post template pages .... then send that link to the client ... Done
