how to build and Publish a project1 from project2.

For example:
i have two project as sampleproject1.sln
sampleproject2.sln


i want to build n publish a sampleproject1.sln from sampleproject2.sln
(when am clicking a button from sampleproject2.sln to build n publish a sampleproject1.sln)

What i need is
From sampleproject1 i created a new aspx and its codepage at runtime. Now i want to publish only the newly created page(both aspx n codebehind to) to Server (virtual directory).

please instruct me .

The same way you publish any web project, I guess. Upload to the server.
