How to swipe panel from right to left by mouse click and hold

i wonder if there is a way to make the panel swap right and left by mouse click and swipe (finger gestures)

please help

(i'm using visual basic 2012)

What I have tried:

i have tried to hide a scroll bar and when click on the panel perfome click on the scroll bar, but it didn't work as i want

Sorry - what do you exactly want to know ?
What should happen inside your Panel ?
swip = swap ?
lift = left ?

if i click and hold and move the mouse to the right from anywhere in my panel, the panel should slid to the right and the second panel should slid to the right and stop in the center of the screen

You mean : not during Designtime ... you mean during Runtime of your Application ?
