Website is not coming up, though NAS is running after server reboot

Hi,

I have a website running on NAS. I have a script to start my application.
Now, when i reboot my server I want the script to run automatically and start the application
As of now, script is getting executed successfully and NAS is getting up too!
However, when i try to navigate to my site's home page, it is not coming up!!!
IE is not showing anything!It progresses for sometime and then hangs up

Can someone please tell me what should be done?
