SMS Application in vb.Net using Sony Erricssion Model k550

Hi I'm developing a "sms sending windows application" using vb.net with sony erricssion mobile model k550 in USB Cable Connection. I had tried with many dll and com port application. Mobile not responding to send sms. Any idea about this problem? Pls let me know soon.

Note: I dont use internet connection. If so i can send easily. without using net i have to implement this application

Solution 1

There is nothing built into .NET to support SMS. You will need to either use some functionality that the phone offers and exposes to .NET, or find a webservice that supports SMS, if you just want to send them in general ( and not do it via a phone ).
