Is it possible to send a mail using HTML?

HI Friends,,

I am developing a webpage,in that contact us page is there. I designed a contact us form which include person name,email address and inquiry details. I know HTML is static page but is there any possible to send a mail through HTML page.

Kindly please let me know....

No. The nearest you can get is using a mailto: link, but that just opens up the user's email client software.
