Please use a real subject, we don't care how urgent you think it is, nor is that helpful.

You can easily play videos in a web page, by embedding a media player, or using HTML5.

First, fix your subject on your question. Then, post some code and explain what is happening. Are you debugging with Fiddler ? Looking at the source with Chrome ?

To repeat - you need to do some testing, and provide some information, to make us able to help more. Linking to a video in a web page is easy. But, you need to tell us how you're doing it, what is going wrong, etc, for us to help.

1)I AM CREATING PPT FILE OFFLINE(USING MS AS USUAL)SOME SLIDES IN THAT PPT HAVING HYPERLINKS TO SOME VIDEOS.
2) WHILE SAVING I AM SAVING IT AS WEB PAGE.
3)UPLOADING TO MY WEBSITE WITH LOCATION SERVER.MAP PATH()AND VIEWING ITS NAME IN DATALIST
4)IF I CLICK ON THAT PPT FILE NAME IT LL OPEN AND I CAN READ PPT FILE.
5) NOW PROBLEM IS THAT WHILE READING I AM CLICKING ON HYPERLINKS WHICH ARE IN SLIDES SO IT WILL NOT OPENING VIDEO FILES
SO I WANT TO PLAY THAT VIDEO
