hi

I have a webapp(vs2012) that has several pages., In a few pages of some common controls
Would not want to use the Master Page

and If I use the UserControl can I access to the controls of UC?

Please suggest a good way

Would not want to use the Master Page
While adding a new form to project, you have an option to either add a normal webpage or a webpage that supports Masterpage. Select as per your need. In case you forget to do it, you just need to remove the MasterPageFile attribute from Page tag and add your page title, head & body.

If I use the UserControl can I access to the controls of UC
Yes. You can expose the needed controls as properties of the UC to access them.
