Submit attachment with specific email

Hey Guys
I have created the form. In that form, I am going to assign the submit button with 2 specific email address. can you guide me for that code for specific emails.
there is no "send to" or "from". just need to submit form to only 2 emails.

What I have tried:

i don't have idea for that code
