I want to manage data base of serial number. means searial number 1 in one row and 2 in two row.

What I have tried:

I have data in excel, tried with pivot table but not success. please help.

You can use Excel's Transpose method. Copy all cells for a serial number and then select the destination cell. Right click there and select Paste Special and tick the Transpose checkbox. The cells will be reformatted into a single row.

Then please follow the above instructions. If it does not do what you want then give proper details, "I want different row after every serial number." tells us nothing.

Richard has suggested the best solution - all you need to do is write a macro or use a formula which uses Transpose: How to convert rows to columns in Excel and vice versa[^]
