i want to know how can i do a game for my windows 7, i want to design all the things that will appear in the game, so if you know any website or youtube tutorial that could help me out, would be really useful! thanks.

It cannot be just one tutorial, because there can be many different kinds of games for different platforms, and different approaches to game programming. Also, you can develop a game as one or another application type, using different UI libraries. And finally, there are different frameworks dedicated specifically for game development. You need to narrow down your interests, to get a chance for some valuable answers.

mm the idea is like creating a 2D game!, i want to do something like an arcade game!, mmm i dont know what programs should i use to design the characters and all of that!, uhmm basically thats all i want to know, what are the programs i should use to built the game in c# or any microsoft language
