appending data to listview in asp.net coding ?

In my .aspx page, i have a drop down list with 3 values and i have a button. when i select a value from drop down list and click the button the value of the drp down list is populating in the listview. upto here it's fine. but when i reselect another value from the drp down list, the previous value is being over written.

now i need all the values to stay in the list view. how to achieve this
