Please see my comment to the question. I'm pretty much sure you are mixing up something. It seems to me that you don't know what the word "dongle" means. "Dongle" is this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dongle[^].

However, maybe I'm missing something and there is another meaning you don't know. If so, please explain that to me. I'll never miss a chance to get some education. :-)
