Unable to copy database from drive to another

I wanted to copy my database 'tnrest' from path with _log file to my pen drive and then use it in another machine. It gives me following problem:
----------
Error copying file or folder- dialog box appears and in it;
- Cannot copy tnrest_log: It is being used by another person or program.
- Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.
------------
Even if I restart the system it is giving the same error.
Can anyone help me in this regard. Thank you.

Stop the SQL server service then copy the files.

Cannot copy tnrest_log: It is being used by another person or program.
Sounds like SQL server based service is running and thus you are unable to copy it. You need to go into your system services and stop them to copy the files.
