Hidding 'Connect to outlook' item in actions toolbar menu of document library - sharepoint 2010

I have designed a document library in share point 2010. On the main landing page i am using share documents web pat which has got toolbar as well.

I am wondering if it is possible to hide toolbar Action menu item 'connect to outlook'? or disable it or add spsecurity permission on it so it is only visible to admin?
