How can I put text and image on an image and save it as one image or PDF

So i was working on a project in php where you make comic for your kid by putting his name, age , gender in form + an image and all of this will be post on the image of comic and will make one image or PDF. i can all these data on comic image by css but i am unable to convert that data to pdf or image

I am expecting to make it one image or PDF for printing purpose

What I have tried:

I have tried Gd Library but gd library only allow us to put one text on image but i want 2 to 3 text on each image. right now i am just using css, html and php.

I removed the erroneous tags from your list: "C++", etc.
If you put the wrong tags on a question, then people who know nothing about your problem look at it, and that wastes time. Add as many as you did, then nobody knows which one(s) are right, and that means many people won't even look at it - and they may be the ones who could help you!
Get the tags right, and it helps your question - get them wrong, and it can be counter productive.
