Need to create backstageview functionality in WPF without third party control

I need to do the code for BackStageView in WPF application is there any way to develop without using Third-Party Tools.

What I have tried:

I tried code by using this "http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation/ribbon[^]" but unable to make the

AuxiliaryPaneContent

to fit in Full Screen of the application which have Controls to select from Presenters.

Is there something significant about 2006 and 2007? It is 2019 after all and progress has been made since then.

Using VS2010, Where it looks like we did not have BackStageView option in Ribbon Control. So if we have option to increase the Width of AuxilaryPaneContent so I can give the same look.
