Code upgrade tool issues

In the command prompt I used below comments.

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017

 

C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017>CodeUpgrade.exe C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadena2.0\WebApp.sln

 

The Application could not be started. Do you want to view information about the issue?

 

In my machine visual studio 2017, Framework version 4.6 and IIS 10.

 

Please find the attached screenshot.

What I have tried:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017

 

C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017>CodeUpgrade.exe C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadena2.0\WebApp.sln

It seems there is no real answer, but you can try the suggestions.
You can also try R-click and "Run as administrator".

Also note what is mentioned here: Upgrades[^]
