Silverlight Published to previous version

hello everyone.
i used win7 and vs2010 and deployed an app for geriatrics with them,without any problem.

now i shifted to win 8 and vs2012 and continues deploying geriatric app with them.

but now i have funny problem,when i publish my silverlight app ,it published to app

that i worked in 30 days age (previous version).

what is it?

How can i solve that?

when i run app in debug mode from vs2012 ,everything is ok.

I hope to you help me.
