How to consume rest WCF service from C# console application?

Hi All,

I am new to WCF. I need to consume one Rest WCF service in the Console Application. The WCF Service is already running on my computer e.g. http://localhost:1004/REService.
I need to access REService.IREService.GetReports method.

I have already tried but getting below error message:

Could not find endpoint element with name 'http://localhost:1004/REService' and contract 'REService.IREService' in the ServiceModel client configuration section. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no endpoint element matching this name could be found in the client element.

I have defined required configuration in app.config of the console application (same as the WCF service).
