. how should i design my page?
for example i want to put a combobox on page to get data from user (like in winform and asp.net)
how is it possible?

The question is vague and doesn't have a simple answer. What type of data, and what are you doing with it? Is there a language or framework in mind? There are plenty of resources/tutorials on MVC on Google, so I would start there.

Solution 1

With proper use of CSS, of course. The MVC project template uses Bootstrap for element positioning. However, the topic is so broad that you really need to google it to learn about it.
