Neither. Logical errors are determined by testing, peer review, proof reading.

To add to what Chill60 says, there is only one C++ interpreter IIRC, and frankly, that couldn't indicate a logical error in anything. It has enough trouble with running code ...

From Logic error - Wikipedia[^] :
Unlike a program with a syntax error, a program with a logic error is a valid program in the language.
So, neither the compiler nor the intepreter can spot it, as already stated by CHill60.
