You should only publically post your email address if you like spam. You should not ask people to email you, if you refuse to read these forums, why would we answer you ? The site will email you replies in any case.

You seem to know the name of an algorithm and nothing more. You can usually find papers that explain the math online, and write your code from there. Given you list C++ AND Java, I assume you're not even at the point of starting this project.
