web sphere directory structure

to deploy the project in web sphere
My project is running in tomcat .I know the structure of creating the web application in the tomcat server.
webapps-contains the applications
project name - contains the WEB-INF and html files
WEB-INF contains contains classes and lib
classes contains class files
lib contains library files
and web.xml is parallel to WEB-INF

please tell me where to store html ,servlet ,xml file in web sphere and how to run the sphere

Please read the documentation for Tomcat, there is too much apllication specific information needed to give a generic answer.
