How do I dynamically assign a dataset

Hello to all.

I've been googling around to find a way to dynamically assign a DataSet to an rdlc report in vb.net but i was unable to find a clear method to do it.
Does anyone know if there is a way? I end up trying to use this method because i also found no way of adding parameters to the rdlc report.I want to do this is vb.net 2013

Thanks a lot in advance for any kind help.

What I have tried:

I want to show No. of tax in Report which is applied by user .that way i want to do it dynamical in project
