CodeSMART Help List not appeared

Hello There

This is not a Technical question but I couldn't find its solution on Google.
I have Visual Studio 2008 and just installed add-Ins CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET.
I am not able to use its feature as the automatic help list appear if we start writing code.
I register this complaint to AxTools Portal but still not get any response.
It works fine before I format my PC but not now.
I use Windows 7 32-bit OS.

Need Suggestion
