After running command I got I file copied..file also in the printer ques..but printing not happen

What you want to do is a "raw print". This means to send the as is to the printer, without further windows formatting.

Yes, the prn file is orders in the printer language, and you need to send it with no change to the printer.
That is raw print.

use type command to print txt file.
