I don't know for sure, but I highly doubt it. From what I can tell Flash support ended with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

It varies from phone to phone, my Droid Razr dropped Flash when I upgraded to ICS and it isn't available in the App Store for me. From what I can tell, if you have Flash, you can continue to use it, but if your phone doesn't have it, you have to install it manually (and in my case, it doesn't work on my phone even then). Additionally, Adobe has announced they are no longer going to develop Flash for Android ( http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2406507,00.asp ) Basically, even if you can, unless you only want to support a limited number of phones (and not even the newest ones), I wouldn't recommend it. If it's just for you, you could try, or use the opportunity to learn something new (Flash does seem to be on the way out...).

You are right, but I want to make Live Wallpapers and the easiest way to do it for me is Flash, because I've worked with Flash a lot, and I didn't find how developers make the 3d interactive wallpapers, I will ask about the used programs for that and how it is done. Thanks
